The alliance Trubee, Collins & Co. Inc. has with First Clearing Corporation, our clearing firm, allows us to continually update security procedures and technology to help protect against unauthorized access to client confidential information.  We will permit only authorized employees as part of their job responsibilities to have access to your information.  There may be situations where some of the processing work by our clearing firm is outsourced.  These outside service companies are required to comply with the same standards of the privacy policy.

We do not sell client lists or individual client information, nor do we make your information available for use by unaffiliated third parties.  We may obtain information about you from sources such as a consumer-reporting agency when you open an account or if we ever refer your account for collection.  We may be required to provide certain information with selected credit reporting agencies when it is legally required or to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a government agency or regulator.

We strive to maintain complete and accurate records about you and your accounts.  If you ever believe the records are inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us immediately.  If you believe we have reported inaccurate information about your account to any consumer-reporting agency, please notify us in writing.  Include your name, address, social security number, phone number, account number, type of account, specific item of dispute and the reason you believe the information is wrong.  Send your notice to: Trubee, Collins & Co., Inc., 1350 One M & T Plaza, Buffalo, New York 14203 or First Clearing Corporation, P.O.
